Kweku Aacht is Founder and CEO of Ghana-based creative leadership organization AWO WORLD. Kweku has been training and coaching corporate professionals and service delivery teams since 2003. A former competitive runner and commercial dancer, he began learning the science of physical exercise in his teens.

After experiencing a debilitating cycle of repeated sickness & injury due to stress and physical exertion, he discovered the powerful benefits of holistic health practices such as Manual therapy (osteopathy and massage), food as medicine (naturopathic nutrition therapy), being in nature, and rehabilitative exercise (yoga, suspension, and body weight training). Kweku is passionate about the environment and an advocate for sustainability, believing the way we treat the planet is ultimately a reflection of our own holistic wellbeing

Kweku’s hybrid of Arts, Personal development, Health, and Education makes him a compelling coach, trainer, and performer.
